This quickly progressed into mergers and acquisitions as the company became firmly placed as the market leader. The company has experienced consistent growth since it’s inception, from a small recruitment focused operation into a leading SME consultancy providing corporate M&A services to industry owners and directors. As a result of continued demand for organic growth, many clients leaned on Craig to provide more substantial non-organic methods which lead to the launch of the Freight Mergers department. Created in 2012, it has gone from strength to strength, completing numerous transactions with both buy-side and sell-side clients over the years.
From a single consultant to a team of seven, Freight Mergers has seen continuous year on year improvement. Now operating as a single entity in it’s own right, it employs three managing consultants in addition to graphic design and marketing support.
